Meet Nica
Nica Knite is many things - a quintessential entrepreneur & project developer; an organizer and community leader; a teacher, trainer and coach; and a resilient ally. She has shared her acumen and experience to support and assist peoples and programs through a diverse and storied career path. Most notably, Nica has developed a long record as a highly successful advocate.
Sycamore Solutions has grown from Nica’s advocacy though a process her son titled Knite Vision. This speaks to her uncanny ability to see things in a holistic way; identify options; implement creative, reasonable solutions; and work for the most efficient, desirable results.
Much of Nica’s experience has involved legal analysis and the accurate application of laws and codes. Her shrewd grasp of legal parlance and her command of local and regional ordinances and regulations makes her exceptionally effective in the applications of building, permitting and code compliance, particularly as relates to the development and construction trades. Having worked as a top level executive & manager within a variety of businesses, as well as state & national level non-profit advocacy organizations, Nica delivers contemporary and creative concepts grounded in strong business principles, systems and constructs.

Meet Imran
Always business orientated, Imran focused his studies on math, economics, law & business in England. He then went on to study Accounting & Finance at university. While relatively early in his career, he continues to show a keen grasp of business with a focus on seeing organizations and projects thrive. Imran consistently makes full use of every opportunity to push the boundaries of what Sycamore Solutions is today and can be in the future.
Whether in a negotiation to ground-truth building code applications, or seeking and finding innovative design and development solutions, Imran consistently exercises his driven mind to support meaningful outcomes. In every professional environment, he has always dreamed of and worked toward logistically sound operations, with excellent client, systems & personnel management. Imran delivers this strength as a cornerstone to every aspect of Sycamore Solutions’ operation, and to every client project.
